Titanium Alloys Alpha-Beta:
Most used: TA6V (6al4v) is an alpha-beta Titanium alloy which can be heat treated for a moderate improvement of its resistance. It offers a combination of lightness, high mechanical strength, formability and corrosion resistance making it very attractive for many applications in the aeronautics, mechanical sports and medical fields.

Commercialy pure Titanium:
Commercially pure unalloyed titanium (CP) is classified into four distinct grades: 1, 2, 3 and 4.
CP titanium is ordered according to the required corrosion resistance, formability (ductility) and physical strength for a specific application.
Titanium CP is classified in grades from grade 1, which corresponds to the highest levels of corrosion resistance and formability associated with the lowest level of physical strength, to grade 4, which offers the best physical strength for a level moderate formability.
CP titanium users exploit its excellent corrosion resistance, formability and welding properties in many critical applications.
